All rooms have their
own private bath with tub and or shower and come with an array of bedding
arrangements. We can add additional sleeping accommodations to the larger
rooms if possible. 
Rates and policies. Please read carefully.
Rates are $80.00 to $140.00 per night plus tax. This is for single or
double occupancy with $30.00 per additional person, per room. The rates vary by
room, size of party and season. Please give us a call if your reservation
requires a detailed quote. All rates include breakfast.

A minimum stay of 2 days is required for holiday weekends.
Check-in is from 3 PM to
7 PM, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Check-out time is 10:30 AM. Advanced reservations are recommended and can be
secured with a credit card for a minimum deposit of one nights lodging or 50% of
the reservation total.
Deposits will be refunded for cancellations made a minimum of 10 days prior to
the arrival date. Refunds within the ten days will be made less a $35.00

For Your Information
The Birches is a non-smoking Inn. As of now we cannot accommodate children under the age of fourteen, and sorry, no pets as we have our own wonderful Jessie.
